Preconception - $95 - 60min appointment

This session is completely tailored to your needs. It might be debriefing on a previous birth experience, understanding your options with care providers or discussing you birth intentions.

Care and provider options $95 - 60min appointment

Feeling confident that your choice of care provider will be the best model of care for the birth you are after. Understanding the different models of care and the effects your care provider can have on your birth experience.

Birth planning $140 - 90min appointment

Birth plans are another form of assertion on your behalf that help you work together with your birth team towards a positive birth experience. This includes having your care provider on the same page with your preferences and wishes.

VBAC or Breech $140 - 90min appointment

Discussions around understanding all of your options with regards to both breech and VBAC and helping you to navigate the system to work towards the birth that you want, whatever that might be.

Tests and investigations and their impact on your birth $140 – 90min appointment

The abundance of tests and investigations offered in pregnancy can be overwhelming, not always necessary and can lead to unwanted interventions in pregnancy. We will discuss what is likely to be offered, your options and how the results can impact both your pregnancy and birth.

Birth Debrief - $140 – 90min appointment

Birth Confidante acknowledges the emotional impacts of being pregnant and having a baby. Research shows that approximately 1 in 3 women come through these experiences feeling traumatised. Too many women report that they, and their partners, are never given an opportunity to discuss what happened at birth. I give families the opportunity to have those conversations with a midwife and if required link you in with a clinical psychologist for further support.

Postnatal Support - $140 – 90min appointment

Personalised 90 minute postnatal support session in the comfort of your own home. This may include but is not limited to birth discussion, recovery advice, breastfeeding support, demonstration bath, swaddling and linking you to supportive and helpful local resources.

Postnatal Care Package $395

Gift to a friend or splurge on yourself (because you are worth it) 3x home visits jam-packed with all the personalised, family-centred postnatal support you could need.
